This is the first stage of a builders clean and involves removal of rubbish, dust and debris from all surfaces of the building to ensure all surfaces are clean prior to painting.  

Second stage of a builders clean - thorough clean of property, includes de-taping of external and internal windows.  

Builders Re-Clean service is a follow up after the initial builders clean and generally before the mastic needs to be completed.  Removal of protection.

Sparkle cleaning is often described as a handover clean. It involves an in-depth final cleaning following a new building or refurbishment project. Sparkle clean is a concentrated clean that gives attention to all areas including walls, flooring, fixtures and fittings.  

Pre-Occupation Clean is an additional sparkle clean often requested prior to new home owners moving in.  

We provide building site cabin cleaning, specialising in the daily welfare cleaning of construction site offices and welfare facilities.We can provide cleans of kitchens, canteens, washrooms, locker rooms and office space.
